The vibrant bar area provided a great spot to unwind, while the staff were genuinely warm and accommodating throughout my family's stay.

The surrounding area had a gritty feel that might not appeal to everyone.

Perfect service surprised me during my five-night stay. Rooftop access was limited to events.

The room was lovely with beautiful decor , an very nice view of the skyline , and great info on local spots. Breakfast was sourced from local suppliers and tasted amazing 🍽️🛏️

My room was lovely, seriously one of the best I've seen! The decor was beautiful, and I had an very nice view of the skyline. The bathroom was large and well-designed, really one of the biggest I've encountered in NYC. Plus, the room had this cool sound system that let me connect my phone. Breakfast was great and sourced locally, too. I definitely felt pampered!

The staff were really good, showing amazing patience during check-in despite the chaos. My room was fine, with elegant decor and a amazing view of the skyline. Breakfast was good, with fresh ingredients from local suppliers. The curated atmosphere from the room's music added a unique touch that enhanced my stay.

Cute hotel, friendly staff, our room on the 11th floor was nice with a great bathroom and the complimentary wine between 5 and 6 in the evening made our stay even better.

Located in a convenient area, this hotel offers elegance and upscale accommodation. the beautiful Swan Room boasts of a lovely ambiance, where you can enjoy high-quality cocktails. the drinks and food program is excellent, and the spaghetti pomodoro served in the room is probably the best you will ever get. the croissants and madeleines are delightful and worth having during breakfast.

The prices of food in one of the restaurants are quite high, and the taste is not as impressive as some of the other restaurants in the group.
