missingWrote a review on 09 Julgritty neighborhood
The surrounding area carries a gritty vibe that contrasts with the hotel's upscale pricing, requiring either a long walk or a pricey Uber ride to reach more appealing neighborhoods. The rooftop space seems reserved mostly for private events, limiting access for casual guests who want to enjoy the views.

My room was lovely, seriously one of the best I've seen! The decor was beautiful, and I had an very nice view of the skyline. The bathroom was large and well-designed, really one of the biggest I've encountered in NYC. Plus, the room had this cool sound system that let me connect my phone. Breakfast was great and sourced locally, too. I definitely felt pampered!
